Shweta Kailani joined Lenoir-Rhyne in October 2023 as director for the Center of Teaching and Learning.
In this position, Kailani will provide leadership in faculty professional development, serve as a key strategic partner and campus resource for teaching and learning information and supervise the coordinator of instructional technology.
Kailani previously held the position of director of transformational teaching and learning in the College of Arts and Sciences at Texas A&M University, where she combined her experience and expertise to drive educational excellence and student success at one of the largest public universities in the nation.
